Sessions at Cult

Our sessions are designed by fitness specialists to provide you an intense workout experience in 50-55 mins comprising of warm up, workout & cool down phases. All our formats are Trainer led group workout sessions. All our trainers are trained and certified athletes.

How can I start taking CULT sessions?

Seamless booking via app. Download the Cure.fit app (available on iOS & Android) or visit www.cure.fit, to choose preferred city, center, slot , format & it's done.

Is booking necessary?

Yes, having a booking for a class is necessary. bookings help us in planning our sessions effectively ensuring optimum resources & space availability.

How do I register for attendance?

Seamless biometric registration initially at any centre on the first day & then just a simple fingerprint identification before each session.

In case members are not comfortable sharing their imprints we have an offline process to enable entry through Identification. Please reach out to the Centre manager for more info.

Are there any classes for beginners?

Our highly skilled trainers have been trained to scale workouts basis the members age, fitness level and any preexisting condition or injury. Rest assured you are in good hands.

Is it okay if I am a beginner or not in shape already?

Don't worry! All our formats are designed to be comfortable for members of all fitness levels, history and health goals. We specifically have trained our trainers to handle beginners in a class.

How often should I attend CULT sessions?

It is totally up to you, but we recommend at least 3 workout sessions per week so that you can reach your fitness goals faster/ stay in shape.

When will I be able to see results?

Fitness is a journey which would have different timelines for people of different fitness levels, history and goals, we would recommend that doing 3 workouts sessions and ensuring proper diet, rest and recovery will help you to reach your goals faster.

What if I miss a booked session?

We encourage all our customers to cancel a class if they are unable to attend. This allows other users to avail that slot. Classes can be cancelled till 60 mins before the session. Just so that you don't forget about the session we also send a reminder for class.

What if i forgot to cancel and missed the session?

It will be considered a no show. Each membership package is entitled to a certain number of allowed no shows, post which every no show will lead to a reduction in membership duration.

What if i am late to a class that i have booked?

All our formats are designed to be run for 50-55 mins with programming including critical elements of member spacing, positioning and warm up prior to starting the main workout. Hence, we do not allow members to join in post 5 mins of a class starting to prevent risk of injury and also safeguard experience of in-class members.

First session

  • First session- For your first CULT class we recommend you drop in 10 minutes early so that you can get a hang of things at the center. Feel free to get in touch with the center manager for any queries.
  • Biometric registration & attendance- Marking attendance for each session is mandatory and biometrics gives you one touch access to CULT centers everywhere with no hassle of ID cards.

Before session

  • Eat one hour before session- A light snack before the class is ideal for a good workout. It helps in preventing dizziness in your initial sessions & works as a fuel for the workout.
  • Workout shoes- Shoes are important for a smooth workout. Improper footwear can cause common workout injuries. We encourage carrying your workout shoes separately to ensure cleanliness for best in class experience.
  • Personal belongings- You can keep your belongings in the lockers provided. In case you face any issue with a locker please get in touch with the center manager.

During class

  • Always call out to the trainer that you are starting new for the first 3-5 classes
  • Inform about injuries- The trainer will confirm with all participants about any injuries, please do mention in case you have one. Any discomfort should also be called out.
  • No equipment required- We'll have all the equipment's (including Yoga mats, Boxing gloves etc.) you may need at the center. All you need is a motivated self, athletic wear and a clean pair of workout shoes to get started
  • Define your own pace- All our workouts are designed in such a way that they can be scaled down for beginners and scaled up for advanced athletes. You know your body best hence complete the workouts at your own pace.

After class

Minimize soreness in muscles- You might have soreness in your muscles for a week once you start working out but don't worry, it's absolutely normal. Keeping yourself hydrated, having balanced food and proper sleep and rest will help overcome this faster.
